Catamaran Tour
Leave for a full day excursion on the sea and swim with the turtles
Get ready for a full day excursion on the sea where you'll get to swim with turtles! In the morning we leave on a 59 ft catamaran. Your captain will head for the famous Malendure Bay. Two experienced sailors will provide you with an introduction of the boat and sailing in general. After that, you can participate in the actual sailing, with everything from acting as a trimmer to administering the main sail. If you don't want to participate, you are more then welcome to just enjoy the ride!
A few miles out on to sea you will reach the Pigeon Islands, which were made famous by Jacques Cousteau and named "Heart of the National Park of Guadeloupe". This is also where we find Malendure Bay and drop anchor. At this moment, you'll notice that a catamaran is much more than just a mean of transportation. Dive from the stems or the rear platform, swim around the boat, meet the sea turtles and explore the beautiful seabed. Equipment (fins, mask, snorkel) is included and available on board.
